Tangled up in green
The new Interweave Knits came out and Eunny Jang deserves a medal.
I've started her Tangled Yoke Cardigan.
Rowan Felted Tweed. Color #150 Rage - strange name. It is every color of wonderful. The green is a rich steamed asparagus but has this lovely kettle-dyed verigation. The tweedy flecks are sky blue, honeycomb yellow, and earthy brown. Rowan designs are often a bit over the top but their yarns are really nifty.
Pardon the crappy lighting. And the ever-present Ikea coffee table.
This one is a little blown out but I'm really thrilled with the garter stitch rib. It's great for this sweater because it won't pull in but it will divide the cardigan visually and be a firm stitch that won't warp much.
The Flower Basket Shawl is all primed for blocking. The cotton safety line has been picked out. That wasn't tedious. The blocking pins should arrive from knitpicks.com within the week.
