Different
I rediscovered a plastic bag in my room. Inside were the scraps of every sewing project known to exist in the family. Cut into squares.
I could find a needle and thread so I bought them. Such potential. The plaid in the top left corner was from a dress I made in high school, the strawberries were ovenmitts at Graney's house (and an apron perhaps...?) The blue and white hand-holding print was a dress Aunt Nan made me as a tot, the pink and purple floral was a fat quarter from a sewing kit I got one childhood Christmas (but it was too beautiful to cut so I just took it out and petted it until recently)
Whoever can guess which fabric remained after a clown costume was made gets ten points.
On other fronts: I'm anxiously awaiting my interweb ordered blocking pins, I have eight inches of the Tangled Yoke, and I'm going camping this weekend.
