Bithday Sweater
I realize that the only things I've ever knit and kept are
1. An afghan dubbed "The Fugly Blanket,"
2. A pair of red socks
3. The Flower Basket
4. An leaf lace afghan I was supposed to give to a friend for her wedding. I liked it too much.
I've cast on for several things for myself. The only one of consequence, at this stage of the game, is the Eunny Jang Tangled Yoke Cardigan. There's something wonderfully appealing about the yarn, still. There's also nothing so motivating as the interesting part being last. I've ploughed through all but 14 rows of stocking stitch pretty quickly. It helps that there is shaping to keep things engaging.
